Usage and advices:
Step 1:Use this sharpner only the knife is very blunt.Place knives on the stage.
Using slight pressure to downward, moving the blade from its heel to its point.Repeat three times.
Step 2: Finish step 1,to remove the burrs that result from sharpening process.
Without using pressure, run the blade through the fine slot ceramic rods three to five times.
It is recommended to do it approximately once a week or daily use.
Step 3:After using the knife sharpener, carefully wipe the knife blade with a wet cloth or wash under water and dry thoroughly.
Clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.
